When Pain Relief Medications Cause More Migraine Headaches

Overusing pain relief medications can become a cycle. It can make migraine headaches return as soon as the effect of the medication wears off. Once the pain returns, the tendency is to take more medications until it becomes a worse cycle. Medication overuse migraine headaches are also known as rebound migraine headaches.

My name is Susanne Miller and for years I was suffering from vicious migraines. The attacks were relentless and it started to wear me down. My quality of life suffered, my relationships with other people and I just wasn't myself anymore.
